Venita Pine started with Ascending to Health in February 2022. Prior to her work with Ascending to Health, she worked at Albuquerque Healthcare for the Homeless as Chief Health Officer from 2017 to 2021. Ms. Pine worked in various operations-focused capacities for Peak Vista Community Health Centers from 2002 to 2017, most recently as the Vice President of Community Programs, where she developed strategic partnerships within the community in support of the Peak Vista mission. Ms. Pine served on the Board of Directors for Ascending to Health from 2012 to 2017 and is a current member of the Pikes Peak Continuum of Care Board of Directors and the Pikes Peak Elder Abuse Coalition. Venita enjoys reading and water-wise gardening.
